The Last Cure

Try to find the only cure to safe your dying sister by solving puzzles on an island.
This is a point and click game.
In the third level please first find all the ingredients for the potion and then crush them all in the right order in the bowl.

please for the love of everything that's holy, add a glow to things i can interact with
i got to the third level, i found the little leaf, the gold dust, and the purple shell. i crushed the shell and put everything in the little bowl. And then i cant figure out what to do next.
On the one hand, I don't know why the levels are timed; does time pressure add anything to the game?
On the other, at least it put a limit on how long I stared at the third level looking for a "potion book" that I couldn't ever find.
